Delivery Information
How much will delivery cost?
Delivery will be in addition to the item cost and will depend the weight of the items you are ordering and the destination location. You can estimate shipping costs by (a) Adding the items you want to your cart (b) Clicking 'SHOPPING CART' from the top right menu to view your cart and then selecting 'ESTIMATE DELIVERY'. Enter you approximate location there.
Deliver to Depots
Live in a remote area? There may be a depot nearby. Items over 35kg will be delivered on a pallet and may require assistance at the destination to unload. Items over 60kg may need to be collected from the nearest depot. If you need a heavy item like this delivered to a residential address, please contact us (07 3275 1669) as there may be additional chargers

Couriers Delivery to your Door
For items less than 35kg, every effort will be made to deliver the item to the address you specify. If your area is not serviced by the courier, they may choose to contact you and request that you collect from their depot. Please note - Couriers cannot deliver to post office boxes so please specify a physical address.
Delivery times vary depending on the remoteness of the location. Western Australian, Northern Territory and Tasmanian customers please note: We have found delivering anywhere other than the state capital is quite expensive. Thus we recommend to these customers living outside their state's capital to direct their orders to the main transport depot and pick the items up from there.

International Deliveries
We do not generally ship outside Australia (with the exception of local island nations). Please contact us if you would like an estimate on delivering to your country and we'll do our best.
Fabrication vs Delivery time
All Southland products require fabrication and processing. In general, we quote time till dispatch from our warehouse. These are heavy items and only select couriers will handle them. We choose the most appropriate courier for every delivery. But once it leaves our warehouse, the transport time is subject to the courier's schedule and their ability to service the destination address. In our experience, this is true across the industry for heavy items like this.
