Description

Specially formulated adhesive for all rubber applications including broadspan bonding and lap jointing in non aggressive environment.

This kit comes in 3 parts

Align the two surfaces to overlap and fold back one edge

Align 2 edges to be joined with appropriate overlap (approx 75-100mm. Make sure the mating edge is as flat as possible

Fold back the top edge (do not attempt if windy)

(Use gloves when handling chemicals)

Clean mating surfaces using WA98S solvent
Lightly abrade surface using fine sandpaper (or a clean kitchen scourer)
Apply primer to both surfaces using WPM299 primer - ALLOW IT TO DRY. It should be tacky but should not come off on your finger
Roll out the seam tape to bottom primed edge (keep backing plastic on the top surface)
Remove the backing plastic from the top of the tape and flip the mating edge onto it
Roll the joint till flat and smooth
